Warranty
Stealth Cues warranties all of our cues on a case by case basis. If the cues are warped or damaged upon arrival please make sure to report this to us within 24 hours from the receipt date. To report damage or any other issues send us the information via email. Please make sure to provide your order number, contact information, description of the damage, pictures, dealer (if applicable), and original receipt. We will make sure that you receive a response regarding the warranty claim within 24 hours of your email. Please keep in mind that Stealth Cues will not cover any damages that has been caused by customer abuse of the product. No call tags will be sent. Any reimbursement for shipping will be discussed at time of warranty approval.
All replacement cues require an approval by Customer Service. Once a warranty replacement has been approved we will send out your replacement within 3 business days. Stealth Cues prides itself on being flexible, customer service orientated, and want to provide all of customers with the best purchasing experience in the industry.
Consumer or Dealership Purchase:
If you have received the incorrect cue or if the cue you have received is damaged please contact us via email within 24 hours from the receipt date. Stealth Cues will not cover any damages that has been caused by customer abuse of the product. No call tags will be sent.
